Glad to meet you.
As a Senior UX Researcher, Manager, and Program Manager with 10+ years of experience, I thrive on exploring and solving problems through research, service design, and interaction design while building positive relationships with others.
My proven ability to translate complex research objectives into targeted studies, using a diverse set of research methods, allows me to uncover and address the core needs of users and stakeholders alike. I excel in conducting comprehensive research studies, from generative to evaluative, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods. Skilled in facilitating research in-person, remotely, and through unmoderated techniques, I gather deep user insights to drive impactful, user-centered design solutions, aligned with design principles. |
With a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and a MS in User Experience Design from Kent State University, I bring a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and translating it into actionable research findings for strategy and design.
Through compelling storytelling and cross-functional collaboration, I ensure research findings are not only understood but also adopted and applied by stakeholders at all levels, fostering customer-centric innovation and delivering strong business outcomes and positive change.
