Problem - Disruptive Blocking Innovation
User Research revealed that people who struggle with pornography use layers of protection to keep themselves from viewing porn. Layers may include counseling, books, and digital services. Open DNS is gaining popularity as an imperfect and inconvenient, but workable solution, the perfect disruptive innovation.
My Role
I served as a User Experience Researcher, providing self-initiated research to the Executive Team.

Approach
I designed a visual approach to a corporate report for the Executive Team to raise awareness of this disruptor in the field.
Results
I shared the report with the COO and a leading member of the Tech Team in person. I sent the report to other Executives and answered questions via email.

Problem- Worldwide Internet Services
Presenting the Disruptive Blocking Report to the Executives required an understanding of worldwide Internet speeds and costs.
Approach
Leading with a visual approach to corporate reports, a world map, research, and Sketch, I created an overview of Internet speed, cost, data cap, and type of services for locations around the globe. I confirmed technical information with members of the Operations Team and reduced the information to the most meaningful for Covenant Eyes.
Results
The infographic was useful to understand the differences in Internet services around the world. The most surprising revelation is that Internet services are available in even remote or economically depressed locations.
